“Hot” Artichoke Dip

A great recipe for a spicy artichoke dip.

“Hot” Artichoke Dip

Prep Time: 10 Mins Cooking Time: 30 Mins Total Time: 40 Mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cn Artichoke hearts, drained
  • -and chopped (13 1/2 oz)
  • 1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and
  • -Green Chilies (10 oz)
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ts Garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Place in a 1-quart casserole. Bake in a 375’F. oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. Makes 2 1/2 cups dip.
